Flat out and back 6.25 mile course with turnaround using West River Rd. (12.5 mi total race).There will be "cannibal" categories for both men & women (no aero equipment & low aero wheels only!) THESE ARE NOTED AS "MEN" AND "WOMEN" IN THE RESULTS. Afterwards plan on 1 or more loops of the Island.
