The French Meadow Bakery/Fortistar Team drove to the NYS Criterium Championships Sunday and Joe Cooke does it again, winning the Cat 3/4 race, beating a field of 44 riders. The course was a tight 6 corner circuit similar to the race in Erie PA. from last weekend, that Joe also dominated. Also, Pat Merrick, Stan Skotnicki, and Brian Rohr went down to central Ohio and did the Mohican 100 km mountain bike race and posted notable finishes. Brian finished 5th overall, and Pat finished 11th overall, out of 185 racers in the men's open, and Stan finished 4th in the single speed catagory.
