On a beautiful sunny morning in Wales, NY, the A racers came out to contest the Club Road Race Championship. On the first time down Hunters Creek Rd., the racing was aggressive with more than a few trying their hands at applying pressure to the race. Rob Dahl (Hollyloft/El Matador) finally got a 15-20 second gap as he approached the first climb up Vermont Steet. On a threatening day in Wales, NY, the B's and Traci came out to contest the Club Road Race Championship. The 14.7 mile Hunters Creek course was rough but worked well to divide the competition. During the first of 2.5 laps, a few people tried their hand at putting pressure on the field with early break attempts. All were brought back until the second time up Vermont Street.
