Details
First, no track bike is needed. Road bike & helmet are what we need. During the event we will work on various short training races such as points races where you sprint for points on various laps, a "miss & out" where the last person on each lap is removed until there is a winner, and a pursuit where two teams will race each other. We do A & B groups based on speed, and will have coaches in the B group.
